Mark "Bones" Bourcier has covered American auto racing since 1976 and written more than twenty books and countless articles on the subject. He is a two-time winner of the Miller Racing Award of Excellence, one of motorsports journalism’s most coveted annual prizes, and was inducted into the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame in 2024. He lives in Indianapolis.
